Q-What do I do when I cannot “buzz in”?

A-There is two possibilities which are most likely the cause.

 

Password:

Perhaps you’ve forgotten your password or changed it from what you would normally use and can’t remember what you changed it to.  In this case, go the http://www.beehivegameonline.com/hive/ and click on the “Forgot Password” link (just below the login form) to reset your password.

 

Privacy/Cookie Block:

The second problem can happen if you’re are using any privacy protection software that blocks the use of cookies, or if you have your Internet Explorer Privacy settings set too high preventing the system from effectively logging you in.

 

To check your privacy settings in Internet Explorer:

 

Load up the browser, click on tools at the upper area of your browser window

Select Internet Options

Click on the Privacy tab

Make sure the slider bar is set to Medium, Low or Off (I recommend Medium)

 

Having the privacy settings on Internet Explorer set to medium is more than safe for the average user and will prevent a lot of login issues you may experience on other websites in the future that rely on cookies to identify you when you’re logged into their system.

 

Q-How do my l retrieve my leads?

A-Whenever another “Hive Member” clicks “yes” to your question you will automatically be sent their virtual business card.  The email will come from the “Hive” and the subject line will say “Beehive Game Online: A worker may have a lead for you”.  When you open the email you will see a virtual business card from that lead.  Reply to them using their email located within their business card.

 

Q-Is it possible to have my leads resent to me?

A-Yes.  Contact the BeeKeeper                                                                

 

Q-Why can’t I edit my question once I have posed it?

A-Only the BeeKeeper can alter the question once it has been sent to the “Hive”.  Contact the BeeKeeper for help.

 

Q-Why can’t I write a longer question than allowed?

A-Your questions are meant to be brief.  You are simply looking for a lead.  It is up to you to do the follow up.

 

Q-Why can’t I see my question?

A-Your question is located on the "My Asked Questions" page.

 

Q-If I don’t pose a question during the 1 week cycle, can I pose 2 questions during the next week?

A-No, the Beehive Game Online clock starts and ends at 12 midnight every Sunday.  You have the opportunity to pose 1 question during that timeframe.

 

Q-Why was my question deactivated?

A-Your question could have been deactivated for 2 reasons:

            1-Your question was deactivated by the BeeKeeper-check your inbox for a message

            2-Your question had been available for 30 days.  Go to the "My Asked Questions" page to reactivate it again if you would like to use your turn to pose the same question.

 

Q-How does MY Company give away a prize in the “Honey Pot Program”?

A-Currently, only Neworld Coaching clients are invited entry into the Honey Pot Program.
